The whole of the Parish of Motcombe
Enumeration District 8: All that part of the Parish on the right hand side of the highway
leading from Shaftesbury to Mere through the said Parish, from Brickells Pond to Laure Bridge including
Sturts green Lane, Bridewell, Corner Lane, Knap, Ferngore and all the Farm houses and every other houses
situate on the right handside of the said highway
Enumeration District 9: All that part of the Parish lying between the two roads leading from Mere
and Gillingham to Shaftesbury - comprising all of the houses on the left had side of the road leading from and including
Pensbury House to Lawn Bridge including Motocmbe House & the Lodge House, the Cottages on each side of the road near
where formerly stood the Gillingham Turnpike Gate, and Paine's Place Farm with all the intermediate dwelling houses.
Enumeration District 10: All that part of the Parish known by the names of Enmore Green and
Sherborne Causeway and other buldings situate between the
town of Shaftesbury and Fernbrook Brook Farm including Nettle Bed and Duncliffe Farm
